WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“Finding Laura was such a relief and game changer for us. Finally having such amazing support from a specialist who really understand how dyslexic brains learn is a game changer. Good-bye phonics books, hello methods that actually work!! She also manages to make learning to read and spell fun and engaging and has the most wonderful manner with the girls. They absolutely love their sessions with her and don’t even mind doing the homework she sets as it is fun and accessible for them. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"My son was struggling at school and Laura spent a the day with him trying to find out why his experience at school was such a negative one. The end result was a clear diagnosis of dyslexia and Laura was able to liase with the SEN department in his school to help the rest of his time at school a a more pleasant and more supported one. She always suggested we get him tested for ADHD
and suspicions were spot on."

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"Laura was the dyslexia tutor for my son when he was in Year 5 and Year 6 of primary school. She was absolutely brilliant with him. I could not recommend her more.  She really helped T** tremendously.   She helped build his self-esteem and identify his problems. He was always happy going to her house and they had a really great rapport.  He ended up doing well in his SATs. I think huge credit to her for this- She was just brilliant. My son is now 14 and we've had various dyslexia tutors. Laura was by far the greatest and if she was carrying on tutoring secondary school age children we would have loved to have her with us still. So I really could not sing her praises more. She's brilliant and so helpful.".

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Laura took my son through his dyslexia assessment. She was very thorough but she also understood that he was not a child who found sitting still for that long easy. She incorporated breaks where he could move around and managed to make the experience as relaxed as possible. She did so very sensitively. The report itself was very clear as to how she had reached her conclusion that in his case, dyslexia was the diagnosis. She took the time to explain what the numbers and various aspects of the assessment meant. I and my son felt in very safe and experienced hands and I would not hesitate to recommend Laura for anything related to a child with suspected dyslexia.
